This license is an agreement between You and Jamitik IT (“company”, ”we”, ”us”, “our”) where Whaticons (“website”, “i”, ”we”, ”us”, “our”) is a product of Jamitik IT. When you make a purchase/free-download on Whaticons dot com, you will be granted a license (also known as “permission”, or “authorization”) to use in any personal and commercial projects.
A “license” means you have the permission to use the purchased/free product (the “icons”). And Jamitik IT is still the owner of the icons.

Though you can use the icons in unlimited projects; but as a digital license, there are some exceptions and prohibitions.

You Can
- Use icons for unlimited personal and commercial projects.
- Use icons for yourself and paid clients.
- Create themes, templates, designs, presentations, apps, websites, etc.
- Print mugs, tags, badges, stickers, etc.
- Mix and modify the icons to create new variations.
- Convert the icons into different file formats for your projects.
You Can Not
- Use icons to create logo even if you mix and modify them.
- Use icons for sale on Print-On-Demand (POD) service.
- Resell or re-distribute the icons as a stock image, video, or any stock media.
- Resell or re-distribute the icons by converting them in different file formats.
- Resell, re-distribute, lease, sub-license, or transfer icons by any manner of means.
- Use icons in any product, service, or productized service that compete with Whaticons.
License Difference
Standard License (or Solo User License)
You can use, upload, or include maximum 100 icons per project (personal and commercial). Where a project means themes, templates, UI kits, websites, or client projects.
For client projects, you can use, include (as downloadable source file), and share (with your clients) up to 100 icons per project.
For team projects, you can share up to 100 icons per project. They can not use the shared icons for their other projects.
For themes, templates, UI kits, open source projects, public repositories (in Github, Gitlab or similar platforms), you can include maximum 100 icons as downloadable source files.
For retail merchandising, you can print and sell up to 100 units from a single icon.
For client projects, you can use, include (as downloadable source file), and share (with your clients) up to 100 icons per project.
For team projects, you can share up to 100 icons per project. They can not use the shared icons for their other projects.

Extended License (or Team License)
You can use, upload, or include maximum 1000 (one thousand) icons per project (personal and commercial). Where a project means themes, templates, UI kits, websites, or client projects.
For client projects, you can use, include (as downloadable source file), and share up to 1000 icons per project.
For team projects, you can share (destribute) the whole Whaticons Pro library up to 6 team members. If your team has more than 6 members who will use the Whaticons Pro library then purchase multiple extended license for multiple of 6 members. For example, if your team has 33 members but maximum 24 members will use the Whaticons pro library, then you have to purchase 4 extended license.
For premium themes, templates, and UI kits, private repositories (in Github, Gitlab or similar platforms), you can include maximum 1000 icons as downable source files.
For free themes, templates, UI kits, open source projects, public repositories (in Github, Gitlab or similar platforms), you can include up to 100 icons only, even if you own an extended license.

You can use the free version of Whaticons icons library. The free version includes PNG files only, and no SVG files, or codes. No payment or signup is required.

- Add “Icons by Whaticons.com” where the platform do not allow you to add hyperlink such as social media, and any kind of print medium.
Include Copyright Notice
For all kind of projects, personal or commercial, free or paid, where you provide downloadable source files under standard or extended license, you must not permit the end user to extract the icons, and then use it separately from the end product. In addition to that, you must include the Whaticons Pro copyright notice (outlined between the dashed lines below) in a plain text, markdown file, or in your projects credit section.

Rights
Jamitik IT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace the license terms at any time without any explanation. This icludes but not limited to price changes, icon usage, limitations, prohibitions, liabilities. The updated license will be effective immediately, or from your next subscription period if you are a Whaticons Pro user.
Jamitik IT (the “company”), as the owner and copyright holder of Whaticons, reserves the right to take legal action in order to protect any unauthorized use of the product; especially in the case where the product (the “icons”) is used to replicate competing service, and distributed online or offline. You are being granted certain permissions described on this license page, all other rights are reserved.
